报告人简介：
Yury Andreev was born in Tomsk/Russia on 15 October 1946. He received the diploma degree in quantum electronics from Tomsk State University, Tomsk/Russia in 1972, PhD degree in physics and mathematics from Tomsk State University in 1988 and post doctor of science degree in 2000. In 2000 he joined the Institute of Climatic and Ecological Systems SB RAS where he is as a chief scientist on current time. Since 1972 his principle research interests have been in the field of photon counting systems, mid-IR lasers and parametric frequency converters, gas analysis lidars and force optics systems. Last decade he is enjoined in fs pulse parametric frequency conversion and THz generation/detection. His contributions have led to well over 150 contributed papers in (open) refereed journals, two monographers and 7 author certificates.
